I found this server called 99b99t and it is a new Minecraft anarchy world. It is a true anarchy server so there are no rules at all. You can do whatever you want and nobody will stop you.
The world is fresh and not all ruined yet so players can still make their mark. You can explore and build or just destroy everything you see. It runs on hard difficulty so surviving is actually tough.
It supports versions from 1.12.2 up to 1.21.11 so lots of players can join without changing much. The server is online 24 7 so you can log in any time and see what chaos happened while you were gone.
