Public Server Hangout

MinedHype SMP is a friendly long term public survival server that has been run by the same owner for 7 years. It started back in 1.14 and has had over 19600 unique players join.

The gameplay is mostly vanilla and it runs on Minecraft 1.21.11. There is no pay to win and there is no economy or money plugin so it feels more like normal survival.

You can protect your stuff with claims and grief is only allowed if an area is not claimed. CoreProtect is used to help protect the server.

The Overworld and Nether are meant to never reset. There is no set world border and players spawn randomly within the first 40k blocks. You can also use /rtp to find a spot within 50k blocks and then set a /home.

There are player run shops that use item trades only and there is a public shopping district you can apply to join. The server also has free events with prizes and a web based online map. Chat reports are disabled and the server supports Bedrock and Java cross play.
