I found a political Minecraft server on 1.21.1 that runs on a full Europe map and it is all about player power and control.
There is no scripted RP and there are no admin made nations. Players create everything and they can also destroy it so the map keeps changing based on who wins.
You can start your own nation or city then build a capital and borders and fortify it. People fight real wars for land and resources and dominance. Diplomacy matters too so alliances and betrayal and propaganda are part of the game.
It also has territory control with consequences plus a player driven economy with trade and trade routes. Gameplay is vanilla plus with no modpacks and it also includes extra systems like alcohol and social mechanics.
If you want a chill server this is not that. If you organize you can take over and if you do nothing you get left behind.
