This is a whitelisted 1.21.10 semi vanilla server called Kingdoms. It is all about player driven politics and big geopolitical roleplay between different kingdoms.
The server has a custom mod that lets you actually create a kingdom and use special roleplay commands. You can change your identity in the tab list and in chat so you can really feel like a different character when you play.
There is also voice chat which makes roleplay and diplomacy way more fun. The terrain is improved so the world looks cooler. They also use Carpet Mod and everyone can use the player command.
In pvp there is a 24 hour ban if you die so fights actually matter and people have to think about what they are doing. The server keeps all normal vanilla game mechanics and they even bring back stuff like string duping void trading and update suppression.
Overall it feels like a serious roleplay world where players control the story and where every kingdom and decision actually matters.
