MineStrike is a Minecraft server that is trying to grow and build a long term community. The staff team is a really important part of the server and they are looking for people who want to help make the server better.

All positions are volunteer and you have to be at least 16 years old. They want people who are mature respectful and can work in a team. Being active and reliable matters a lot and having past staff or plugin experience is helpful.
