Lifesteal:
When you kill a player, you gain +1 heart. If you are killed by a player, you loose -1 heart.
Infuse:
When you kill a player, you gain a positive effect or loose 1 negative effect. If you are killed by a player you loose a positive effect (if you have one) or gain a negative effect (if you have no effects or negative effects).
Survival:
Vanilla un-modded survival.
