MCVerse is a server made for people who want a world that actually lasts. The main SMP is a permanent survival world with a ten year goal so you can work on huge builds and still be able to come back after long breaks. Your stuff is protected so griefing is not allowed and the world does not reset.
The gameplay is almost pure vanilla with no custom items no custom enchants and no custom skills. There are some quality of life things like teleporting and claim protection plus tools for builders like armor stands mini blocks and different heads for decoration. You can rank up just by playing and all perks are free.
There are a few different experiences. The permanent long term survival has claims a map markets clans and contests like fishing. There is also a hardcore vanilla mode with no grief and bigger biomes. On top of that there are temporary vanilla test worlds with very few plugins and small claims plus creative plots for basic experiments and using things like litematica.
The community feels pretty relaxed and has players from different countries and ages. Chat is kept clean with low tolerance for swearing and public chat is meant for Minecraft and gaming talk. Players can play solo like singleplayer or trade and collaborate with others. Events are usually started by players and supported by the admins.

This server is a small survival SMP with around ten players and it feels really cozy and friendly. It is made for people who are tired of huge servers where you just feel like another random player.

Sunset Retreat SMP is an 18+ vanilla plus survival server where adults can relax and play Minecraft together. It is made for players who want a calm place to escape stress and just enjoy the block game with other mature people.

PlatonicMC is a cozy PvE survival server where everyone just wants to chill and build cool stuff. There is no PvP so you do not have to worry about other players killing you and you can focus on exploring and making your base.

This is a vanilla SMP called GOOMB and the world just got reset so everything feels new again. The world uses amplified terrain so the mountains and cliffs look super crazy and people keep posting cool screenshots.
Right now there is a 2k by 2k border so everyone is kind of close together and you see tiny starter bases everywhere. Because of that people end up building near each other or teaming up which makes it feel like a real little town. The border will expand more later so there will be more room for big plans and bigger bases.
The community talks a lot on the discord with people advertising shops sharing pictures and making deals to trade stuff. It feels pretty active and it seems like they really want new players to join and be part of it.

Eden is a long term Minecraft world that never resets so everything people build really matters for a long time.
The admins stay out of normal gameplay so players handle conflict and cooperation on their own. If someone causes problems or starts a war it is all solved with in game mechanics and not by staff.
There is a reinforcement system so you can make blocks doors and chests super tough. Griefing can still happen but it takes a lot of effort and risk.
The server also uses snitches that log what players do in certain areas. This lets groups collect proof instead of just guessing who did something.
There are no easy claim menus. Land is protected by planning teamwork bastion blocks and smart building instead of magic protection.
Progression comes from the environment. Ores appear as you mine and they depend on biome and height. Crops grow slow and in different ways in each biome and people use them in factories to make xp.
Factories and farms can keep running even when no one is near their chunks.
The economy is fully player run with ItemExchange. There are no server shops. Players already run shops and nations are working together on a big trade hub.
The community has been playing together in different long term worlds for almost ten years and right now the new world is fresh with a solid group online at peak times.

GlowySMP is a new semi vanilla SMP that has been open for about a week and it already feels really active and friendly.
The server is all about survival with extra features like an economy system player warps and player shops so you can trade and build your own little business. There are land claims so your builds stay safe and you can just focus on playing.
You can take jobs to earn money and use cool things like PyroFishing and mobcatchers. There are also custom enchantments like vein miner and replanter that make mining and farming feel way faster and more fun.

This server feels like old Minecraft and I kind of love it. It runs an iron based economy so iron is like the money here. You can use it to open your own shop and sell blocks you have a lot of.
You can also start your own village if you save up 300 iron. When you get your village your blocks get protected so griefers do not wreck your stuff. It makes building a base or a whole town way less scary.
There is a simple chest lock system too. If you put a sign on the front of your chest it locks and keeps your items safe. That is really good for new players who do not want to get robbed.
The server has a wiki voting page and a live map on the website so you can read about things and see what the world looks like. The whole thing just feels super retro and kind of nostalgic like older versions of Minecraft when stuff was more chill.
The community is small right now so it can feel lonely but that also means there is a lot of space for new players to join and start villages. If you want that old school Minecraft feeling and a simple survival world with an iron economy this server is pretty perfect.

This is a semi vanilla SMP called Crafted Survival where the server is all about chill survival and community. The gameplay is focused on PvE so you do not have to worry about getting griefed.
