Chilltown is a long running Survival SMP that is all about calm gameplay and a true vanilla feel without the chaos. It has been running since 2019 and the current world has grown naturally with player built towns farms and big projects.
It feels made for people who want to play survival at their own pace and for players who like a respectful mostly adult community. It also tries to be a place for anyone tired of pay to win stuff or constant resets.
The world is a beautiful custom map and the seasons change how it looks. There are custom mobs and custom weapons tools and enchants but it is meant to be balanced and not overpowered. Land claiming is simple with a chunk based system.
You get a starter kit plus daily rewards and there is an optional tutorial to help you settle in even if you play solo. The server supports Java 1.21.11.
