StarFrost is a semi vanilla survival server that is all about drama and conflict and power. It is not a cozy place and it is not a chill build and vibe world.
The world has a border so everyone is pushed close together. Towns pop up right next to enemies. Alliances do not last forever and everyone remembers what you did.
There are no land claims and no world protection. Everything is enforced by players. If your town survives it is because you defend it. If it gets destroyed that is on you.
On this server you will see clan politics and betrayals. Towns form and then fall apart. People raid each other and go for revenge and hold grudges. Deals are made in private and then broken in public.
The server has a hard cap of 35 players so there is no huge crowd. You can not hide. Your name actually matters and people will remember you.
It is whitelist only and you have to get verified before you can join. If you want safety this is the wrong place. If you want action and tension and a world driven by players this is what StarFrost is about.

Eden is a survival server that is trying to see what happens when players build a full civilization with no map reset and almost no admin help.
When you build something you do not just claim land with a command. You reinforce the actual blocks with different materials so griefing is super hard and takes a lot of effort. Your castle or town feels like a real fortress that has to be broken into the hard way.
The economy is all about real scarcity and industry. There are no admin shops and mobs do not give xp. Instead players make factories that turn crops into xp. Crops grow at different speeds in different biomes and ores show up as you mine and change with biome and y level. Some stuff only shows in certain places so farmers and miners need each other. This makes real trade routes and trade hubs appear.
Crime and punishment is also run by players. If someone steals or griefs you do not ping a moderator. You use snitch blocks to track them then hunt them down. You can imprison them and send them to the nether so your laws actually matter. You can run a peaceful republic a trading nation or a rogue state but you have to defend it yourself.
The whole server feels like a big social experiment where builders merchants and politicians all mix together and the world just keeps going without resets.

This is a new modded SMP called Manifest SMP that runs on Minecraft 1.20.1 Fabric and it feels like an old Wild West frontier world. Everyone uses era style guns and fancy machines from Create and its addons so it feels like a mix of cowboys and engineers.
The server has Simple Voice Chat so people can talk in game. It has open claims and parties so you can protect your base and play with friends. The economy is all about bartering with other players instead of shops or money so trading feels super natural.
The rules are pretty light. Players are supposed to handle their own problems and staff only step in if someone is personally attacking others or breaking the server with their actions. So the idea is that the law is basically the players and you can be the sheriff or the outlaw.
It is not just about fighting though. There is a small friendly community that likes to build together and there are building mods like Excessive Building Copycats Plus and Armorstand Poser to make builds look really cool.
If you like Create there are addons like Steam n Rails and Big Cannons plus storage mods like Sophisticated Backpacks and Sophisticated Storage so you can carry and store all your machine parts. The server uses AutoModpack so everyone stays on the same mod versions and it is easier to join especially if you are new to modded. The people there seem happy to help new players learn how it works.
