I found a Minecraft community server that is mostly about hanging out and meeting people. It is meant to be long term and not super serious. The people are supposed to be fun and considerate and not too sensitive.
It starts off as survival for the first two days and the goal is making the world thrive with builds and little communities. After that the owner says there is a secret plan and it sounds like stuff is going to change. You can make teams but it sounds like they will not last.
This is not strict pvp even though you can fight and kill if it happens. It can get serious during events but the normal vibe is chill. They also want admins for both Minecraft and Discord.
