This is a really cozy survival server that feels like a big friend group. It is an 18 plus Java whitelist server so everyone is older and more chill. There are usually a bunch of people on every day and the community is pretty active.
The world is set up kind of like Hermitcraft. People use diamonds as money and there is a shopping district. There are public builds and community projects so you are not stuck playing alone all the time.
There is proximity voice chat so you can hear players when you get close to them in game. The server also has homes and player warps and some cosmetic and quality of life plugins. New plugins are added if the community wants them and they use polls to decide.

Davidscloud is a survival server that is part of a bigger gaming community. It has been around since the old 1.7.10 days and it is meant to stay online for a long time. The vibe is chill and it is not pay to win so you can just play without worrying about people buying power.
The main thing on this server is protection. When you join you get blocks you can claim for your base and the claim grows while you play. I found this server called HoneySMP and it just opened so the whole world is brand new. The map was generated today so every place you explore feels untouched and you can actually claim good spots for your base.
