FabricCraft is a survival server that sticks to real vanilla mechanics because it runs on Fabric. It is semi anarchy so you get a lot of freedom but there are still a few rules to keep things from getting out of control.
There are no land claims and there are no world resets so the world stays persistent and player driven. People end up making alliances and trading and starting rivalries and going on raids.
Hacked clients or mods that give you an advantage are not allowed. There is also a simple voice chat mod you can use across the server.
Griefing is banned within 1k of spawn and it is enforced by active moderation instead of claims. If you like building farms and redstone this server is made for that since your contraptions work the way you expect.
There is also a manhunt gamemode if you want to mess around with speedrun style chasing.

Golden Nations is a harsh survival server where players build nations and fight over land. It is all about diplomacy war economy and plain survival. The world is made to feel serious and unforgiving.
It runs on Minecraft 1.21.11 and the map starts at 5000 by 5000 then expands as more people join. You can join on any version because of ViaBackward.
Travel is slower and more important since there are no elytras. There are also no villagers so you cannot spam easy trades. Crafting is harder with custom recipes and netherite crafting is kept strict with no shortcuts.
The server pushes building and logistics. Roads make you walk faster and powered rails make minecarts go faster too so nations that build good infrastructure get an edge.
There are custom systems like a grindstone rework that lets you pull enchantments into books. Farming is reworked for realism and balance. Fishing has custom drops with rare catches. You can also silk touch spawners to move them for defenses and builds.
Maces are limited with only 10 on the whole server. Each player can craft just one and enchantments are restricted so they feel like real legendary items.
