I found this server called Crafters SMP and it is all about long term survival. It is whitelisted and tries to feel like classic vanilla Minecraft with only a few plugins. The whole idea is to keep the same world forever.

MineRealm is a classic SMP server that has been online since 2010 and a lot of players have joined over the years. It feels like an old school Minecraft world that just keeps going and your builds do not get wiped.

The map is smaller and expands slowly so new land is always in the latest version of the game. The server uses a plot style system and custom grief protection so your stuff stays safe. The whole world is made by players and there is no big fancy prebuilt hub.

The gameplay is basically vanilla survival with a few custom plugins that help the community and make long term play better. There is no pay to win and no item spawning so everything is earned by playing legit.

The community is small and welcoming and the server focuses on chill survival and building things that will stick around.

This is a peaceful Minecraft server with a really chill vibe.

The players are a convivial group and they try to be friendly with everyone. The server is about relaxing and building without stress. There is no PvP outside the area that is made for PvP so you do not get killed randomly.

The community is small and people focus a lot on building. There are already tons of builds even though the server is pretty new.
