On this server you can create your country and become a ruler or become a resident of a foreign country
The server does not have a launcher because of what mods must be installed manually (mods below)
rules:

How to play:
For the rulers of the country (to create a country):
1. To enter not occupied territory (if desired, you can be nomads).
