Lumenor SMP is a 24 7 custom vanilla survival server on 1.21.11 and it lets newer clients join too with ViaVersion support.
You can play on Java and Bedrock and even cracked clients so it is easy to hop on from anywhere.
The big thing here is the role system where you pick Passive if you want peace or PvP if you want chaos. It makes it feel like different playstyles can live on the same server.
The world has custom biomes and huge structures like ancient temples so exploring never really ends. There is also a custom Nether that is very challenging.
Trading is player driven and it is more like villager style trading not a normal economy shop. There are PvP and Passive arenas with keep inventory only in the arena so you can practice without losing your stuff.
