Bliss SMP is a Java only survival server based in NA. It feels like a place for people who want an active server with owners and mods that actually show up.
I saw that they run weekly events and they also do scheduled End fights so you can plan for it.
They use a paid plugin setup with performance stuff like EzGaps and EzWebs plus string dupers and infinite restock. It looks like you can play how you want whether that is PvP grinding or just hanging out.
