Gallant SMP is a semi vanilla world run by a group of friends who have played Minecraft together for over ten years. Everyone here is around their late twenties or thirties so they set the age to 25 plus and want players who are in a similar stage of life.
The server tries really hard to protect your time and builds. You can lock your chests with signs. Ores can be vein mined while sneaking so mining feels faster. Creepers do not blow up blocks and phantoms do not spawn at all. Minecarts move faster when a player is riding them so travel feels better.
There are some nice quality of life toggles like auto swapping to the best tool and auto refilling your hand while you build. All actions are logged and can be undone if grief happens. Inventories have backups when you die outside of normal stuff so accidents or weird issues are less painful.
Rules are simple. No griefing or stealing and no hacking. General quality of life mods are allowed. You have to treat everyone kindly and PvP only happens when all players agree.
To join you have to get whitelisted first so the world stays safe and chill for the mature community.
