Eterna Lifesteal is a survival server where PvP really matters. If you kill someone you steal a heart. If you die you lose a heart. When you hit zero hearts you are out.
You can play solo or team up with allies. People build bases and gear up then decide who to trust. Some players start wars for resources and power. Other players try to stay quiet and just survive. Power gets earned here and it never feels safe for long.
