There are over 100 different origins to choose from, so no two players are the same. You can join server-wide events to make your origin even better by reducing downsides, getting cool new weapons, or even changing to an exclusive origin.
The server never sleeps with 24/7 uptime and new content being added all the time. You can find or make new structures and loot. Plus, players can help balance the game by deciding which origins need buffs or nerfs. It’s running on version 1.20.1.
