NationCraft is a new Minecraft server where players make nations and actually fight over land. There are no claim plugins so territory is based on nations that are registered and marked on the map. Your power comes from how well your group is organized and how smart you are with diplomacy and war.
The server is all about politics wars and deals between players. You can make alliances and trade deals or turn on your neighbors and start conflicts. Treaties are enforced by the players but staff will respect them so what you agree to really matters.
PvP is allowed everywhere but you cannot just kill people on sight for no reason. Combat logging is not allowed. There is stealing spying and small sabotage allowed during peace time. If you want full war you have to declare it properly with a valid reason and get staff approval before big battles and raids.
There are clear rules. No griefing nations while they are offline and no trying to wipe them off the map in one cheap move. No hacking xray dupes or exploits. Staff decisions are final and you are not supposed to look for loopholes.
If you like building a nation making friends managing politics and then going to war in a fair way this server is made for that. You can be a peaceful trader or a serious conqueror and your choices will shape the whole world.

This is a huge modded battle server where they run giant colonial style siege events with like 200 people at once. Everyone gets split into two big teams. One team defends a star fort and the other team attacks it and tries to push them out. You get bases and starter gear so you are not totally lost.
The fights are all about guns cannons artillery trenches cavalry charges and big line battles. The map is fully custom and it feels like a giant war field with important spots to capture and hold. It is meant to be the biggest gun battle ever on this game.
There are around 50 to 60 mods including some custom ones and the staff team is super big and active. They say they are beginner friendly and casual friendly and they listen to feedback. You have to join their discord to get whitelisted and follow the rules from their player handbook so stuff stays fair and fun.
They host 100 to 400 player events every other weekend and they are planning a future 1000 player civilization style event. The server runs on really strong hardware so it can handle tons of people for like 6 hour battles. It is on version 1.21.6 or higher if that changes by the time you join.

This is a modded java server called Geopol Reforged and it is all about big nations and wars on an Earth map. The mods are picked to feel like different historical time periods and you can roleplay if you want or just play normal.

Iperios is a survival server where players build nations and fight over power. You can create your own nation with your own government laws and ranks or you can join a nation that already exists.
The server uses McMMO so you level up your skills while you play and become stronger in combat. There are also custom enchants so gear can get pretty crazy in battles. Wars between nations are a big part of the server and winning gives you more power and more land.
There are special resource camps in the world that nations can conquer. These camps give geopolitical resources that you need to expand your nation. This server is called Nation States and it is a semi vanilla world built around towny claiming.
The whole point is to make nations and build them up. People are expected to do diplomacy trade and war. The server wants players talking and working together or fighting each other and not just hiding alone.
The theme is early antiquity so it feels like playing in an ancient world. There is a custom map that is around 5k by 5k so it is big but not too huge.
