It is basically do whatever you want. No admins. No rules. No bans. No shadowbans. If you join you should expect griefing and fighting and lots of chaos. It is not beginner friendly.
The server aims for near vanilla with only small changes. There is a separate authentication server. There is no tpa and no home commands so you have to travel the hard way.
Cheat clients are allowed but it still has a strict anti cheat like 2b2t. Some movement exploits like Flight ElytraFly and Timer are disabled. The world started February 3rd this year and people already progressed a lot.
