MODMIX Factions is a server for people who like grinding pvp and building big bases with that old school factions feel.
Raiding is a real thing here because TNT matters and obsidian is tougher. You can claim land with your faction but it is not made to be totally safe so you still have to defend.
It also has an MCMMO skill system so you can level up stuff like swords mining and acrobatics while you play. There are duels player vaults and spawner stacking too.
You can earn your rank by playing using XP in game money and your skills. It runs on 1.21.8 and works on Java or Bedrock.

Viking Factions OG is a classic factions server that is trying to feel like the old days but it runs on Minecraft 1.21.4+. The big deal here is the combat. It uses 1.8 style pot PvP so fights are more skill based.
It is not pay to win and the ranks are cheap and not overpowered. Raiding is a huge part of it with complex style cannoning. There is even an in game cannon schematics creator so you can design and build cannons without any client side mods.
There is a dedicated bunkers world for base raiding. You can also do custom dungeons for unique loot. If you like proving yourself there are ranked duels with ELO.
