MistyMC is a long term 100 percent vanilla SMP that has been running for around 6 months. The world is no reset so your builds and progress are meant to stay.
It supports both Java and Bedrock players on the most recent versions. The community is active and pretty tight and it feels like a place to meet new people and just hang out.

Straight Up is a vanilla survival server that is trying to be a forever world. The overworld has not been wiped since April 1st 2019 and they say they plan to keep it that way so the map has a lot of history to find.
It is straight survival with no teleport commands like tpa or home. There is no currency system and no factions or economy stuff that changes the vanilla feel.
PvP is allowed and griefing is allowed too since there are no land claims or protected areas. It also has proximity chat with server support for Simple Voice Chat if you want to use the mod.
