The world is normal vanilla generation and the difficulty is hard. The End gets reset on the first day of every month so it is a bad idea to build a base there. Players can collect spawners too.
There are some rules. You cannot use hacks macros or mods that are not on the permitted list. You also cannot abuse duplication bugs except for TNT rails carpet string and tripwire hooks. You have to listen to admins and mods when they tell you to do something.

The rules are super light. Griefing and PvP are totally allowed and there are no map resets and no teleport commands and no pay to win at all. The only command you get that is not vanilla is spawn so you can get back to civilization if you go super far.
