5tarRock is a small geopol style Minecraft server that is being redone right now. It is semi vanilla on Java and it is built around players making their own politics and community stuff.
The server uses a bunch of in house made plugins to make it feel like medieval times. It also has a huge detailed custom map that is trying to feel like a real planet with realistic geography.
The owner is trying to cut down the older playerbase and push for a more active community while the server gets rebuilt.
