I found a new pure survival server called DogeM and it is for Java players. It is a fresh start style server and it stays completely vanilla.
The vibe is chill friendly and also semi anarchy. People team up and you can fight and raid bases. PvP is open and even crystal fights are allowed if you grind for it. Tripwire dupers are allowed too so people can trade and get into battles.
It is locally hosted in NA and it gets really active on weekends. The world border is 50k so you have lots of space and you can still run into bases to mess with or set traps. There is a strict moderation team so players using unfair modded clients get caught fast. Admins are usually on every day.
They say there are around 30 to 50 players right now and they want more people to join and bring friends.

NaSMP is a North America survival multiplayer server that opened recently and it is built to feel semi vanilla with no resets.
It has an economy but it is meant to be hard and it is not the whole point of the server. There is a small shop that is mostly for gear food and random useful stuff. There is also an auction house so players can trade.
The vibe is aiming for a modern 2b2t style feel with anarchy energy. There are no roles or ranks and there is no store and no payments for anything so it stays a raw free to play experience.
There is no spawn hub. When you join you get randomRTP and it happens again every time you die. The server has commands like worth shop sell ah orders tpa home team rules help night vision and settings.

I found FellowshipSMP and it is a new community SMP that just opened last weekend. It is whitelist only and it is 18+ only so it feels more chill and mature.
It is semi vanilla with no ranks and no donor perks. There is no server shop and the economy is diamond based. There are also no teleport shortcuts so travel and bases matter more.
The server uses ValhallaMMO and ValhallaTrinkets for deeper progression. The world uses Terralith generation. Players can run shops with Shopkeepers and rent market space with AdvancedRegionMarket.
There is Bluemap so you can view the world and Bell Claims for land claiming. Phantoms are disabled. The Ender Dragon respawns weekly and it has a reworked multi phase raid boss style fight.
