Everbloom SMP is a small network with two different survival worlds and it feels pretty relaxed.
There is a casual survival world that is perfect if you like building and exploring and just peaceful play. It has custom terrain and structures but still feels kind of like normal vanilla. There is no pvp no griefing and no raiding so it is really safe if you just want to build farms and cool bases with other friendly players.
They also have a more standard survival world called Everbloom Survival with seasons. Season 3 starts on the 12th of December so it is a fresh start chance. On this one pvp and raiding are allowed so it has more risk and action. Farming redstone and nether roof access are fully supported so technical players can go crazy.
