I found SimPvP and it is a really old Minecraft Java server that has been running since September 2011. The world stays the same and it will never reset so you can walk through years of player history.
This is a semi anarchy style place where griefing raiding and killing are allowed. Hacking is not allowed so it is still meant to be fair.
It also keeps things simple with no home commands and no tpa and no warp. There are no kits and no crates either so you have to survive and travel the normal way.
It runs on version 1.21.8 and it feels like a server for people who want real survival and a world that actually matters.

This is a quiet survival server that is about three months in and still feels like a good place to start fresh. It is chill and kinda semi anarchy since pvp and raiding are allowed.
There are no claims and no kits and no pay to win stuff. They allow clients but they enforce vanilla movement so it does not get weird.
