This server is called Dominion Society and it feels a lot like Hermitcraft but smaller and just starting out. It is a survival world that wants to last a long time and the players care about creativity and building cool things together.
The server is mostly vanilla. There are some datapacks that help with stuff like AFK display durability pings coordinates HUD and multiplayer sleep. There is also BlueMap so you can look at the world from above and proximity voice chat so talking feels more real.
