Ultimate Hardcore is a hardcore SMP where death is permanent and that is the whole point. There are no revives and no second chances so when you die you are done.
The world is huge at 300000 by 300000 blocks and PvP is on everywhere. Raiding and griefing are also allowed so it always feels dangerous and you have to think before you move.
It stays close to vanilla but it has plugins that fit the hardcore vibe. I saw stuff like player heads and being able to loot a dead players Ender Chest plus Simple Voice Chat and deep stat tracking.
Because the map does not reset players build up power over time then they fight and team up and betray each other. Big groups rise and fall and when they die their stuff is left behind for the next people. The server runs on version 1.21.11.
