The world has a big border with two million blocks in each direction so there is a lot of space to explore and hide. There are no map resets so everything you build or destroy stays there. There is no teleporting and no pay to win stuff so everyone has to travel and survive the hard way.
Griefing and PvP are totally allowed so you can raid bases and fight anyone you see. The only non vanilla command they allow is spawn so players very far away can get back to civilization.
