The only special command they allow is spawn so if you go super far away you can still get back to other players. They also let you use the nether roof and they turned off phantoms and only need about half the people sleeping to skip the night.
The rules are still pretty simple. You are not allowed to use exploits or lag machines or duping. You also cannot spam chat or use harassment or racial slurs.
