I found a server called StatesMC and it is a SMP that is all about PvP and factions.
The big thing here is a gun system that works without mods. People can build up and then go fight other factions and get into politics too.
It is made so you do not have to grind a ton. Factions can spend more time building shooting people and doing the fun parts.
It is for Java 1.21.11.
