RedLine Smp is a new server that is all about pvp and building. It opened recently so most people do not have super good gear yet so it is a good time to join.
The server uses simple voice features custom recipes g sit and player head drops along with basic plugins. Right now the mace is more expensive to craft and they plan to make spears more expensive later too. There are different pvp style kits you can make with things like diamond gear tnt minecarts elytra wind charges and maces.
The rules are pretty strict about cheats. No hacking no freecam no duping and some exploits are banned. Raiding and stealing are allowed so you always have to watch your base. For pvp there are banned items like crystals anchors netherite armor and weapons and fireworks. Combat logging is not allowed so fights actually matter.
The nether opens on the 30th and the world border is 8k so there is a good amount of space but not too big. If you want a fresh pvp focused smp where people can still build and the gear is not crazy op yet this server feels like a fun place to try.

I found this semi anarchy SMP that is honestly just pure chaos in a good way. It has this really old map that has been around for more than six years so everywhere you go you find old bases ruins and random projects from different players.
The server is basically classic Minecraft survival with no hacks allowed. Plugins are kept small so it still feels like vanilla. They also have a high mob cap so farms work really well and you can grind mobs and resources like crazy.
You can do pretty much anything here. You can build and make big bases fight other players trade with people or just wander around and explore old history. Griefing is allowed and there is drama and bounties and all that so it really feels like a lawless sandbox.
The community is super weird but in a fun way. There are all kinds of players with funny names and personalities and a bunch of inside jokes. People hang out a lot and there is a tight knit group that plays together all the time. They also run server events with special lore items and they even have a wiki for the server.
