This is a semi vanilla server called Malgazars Lair and it feels really chill. The server is mostly normal Minecraft but it has a few quality of life plugins like VeinMiner so mining is way less annoying.

The community is small and pretty tight and people are really nice to each other. There is zero tolerance for griefing and no one is toxic so it feels safe to build your stuff and hang out.

The server runs smooth and does not crash even when a bunch of people are exploring at the same time. It feels like a good place if you just want to play survival with friendly players and not worry about drama.

This is a 16 plus Minecraft server that is hosted in the UK and it is online all day and night so it is really good for players in the UK and Europe. Most of the people are 21 or older and they want more older players to join so it feels like a mature chill place.

The world is built around big themed areas. The players are trying to make huge immersive landscapes instead of just random bases. Right now there are six main themes. Sol is an ancient area with Aztec and Egypt style builds. Greenland is an underground theme. Extora is a mix of sci fi and magic. Latvia is a medieval themed zone. Metrovia is a modern city. There is also an Asian area with temple style builds.

There are around 20 to 25 active players and they mostly just hang out and play a lot of Minecraft. There are no land claims and no griefing is allowed and there is no PVP. They also say they do not plan to ever reset the world so you can build long term projects.

There are a few gamerule changes and some plugins but the server still feels like vanilla. There is no tp command and no home command so you have to travel normally. VoiceChatMod is required if you want to join. To get in you fill out a form and if you get accepted someone messages you on reddit usually within a day.

Cozy MC is a survival world that is meant to last longer than just a few days. It is a hard survival server with no mods and no addons. The world is long term and there are no planned resets so you can actually build a base and keep it.

The server lets both Java and Bedrock players play together in one place. You can play like a knight or a builder or an explorer or just do your own thing. PvP is turned on but you are only supposed to fight if everyone agrees first.

CryoMC is a new survival server that feels really chill and relaxed. It runs as a SMP with an economy and it is based around the community. The owner wants friendly players who just want to hang out and play together.

The server has keep inventory so dying is not super stressful. It also has grief prevention so people cannot just ruin your builds. There are player warps so you can visit each other easily and chest shops so you can trade and build up your own little business.
