I found Malgazar SMP and it is a chill survival server where people are not supposed to wreck your builds. It is meant to be friendly and pretty active. They only allow official Minecraft launchers so no cracked clients.
The server is hosted in the UK and it runs on Purpur. Keep inventory is on and explosions do not destroy blocks. There is veinminer plus mcMMO style rankings for stuff like mining and swords.
Rules are strict about no griefing no stealing no scamming no slurs and no drama. You also cannot use x ray cheats or a seed map and you are not allowed to hurt peoples pets. PVP is only if both players agree or it is just playful fist hits.
They have extra fishing loot with super low chances and a world border set at 15k. The outer End islands reset every week. They also have a tool that helps the owner see who interacted with blocks and undo grief fast. Breaking rules can get you locked in a cage for a while or banned.
