I found this server called 99b99t and it is a straight up anarchy world. There are no rules and no limits so players can do whatever they want. You can build cool bases or just destroy everything and no one is going to stop you.
The server runs on version 1.21.8 and it is set to hard difficulty so surviving is not easy. The world is new so there is still a lot of land to explore and claim before someone else finds it.

Spugunke SMP is a new semi vanilla server that is all about community and long term survival. The world just started so players who join now get to help shape everything and become part of the history of the server.
The main focus is on player made towns and teams. People can work together to build shared bases farms and big projects. Some players might make teams for pvp or exploring or grinding resources.
