Devils SMP is a semi vanilla survival server with proximity voice chat so people can talk when they are close in game.
It is meant to feel like a toybox with a chill community. There may be a few light plugins for convenience like teleport requests.
The server is not live yet but it is planned to be up about a week after the post. Joining is done with a simple application and they mainly want kind players who do not grief.

This is a small server with around 90 players and it is running on 1.21.11. It is almost fully vanilla so it feels like normal Minecraft survival.
The only changes are stuff to stop x ray and some admin tools. There is also a register plugin so cracked players can keep their names safe.

This is a small whitelist survival server that is getting members before it even starts. The vibe is mostly vanilla and it is aimed at PvP but it still tries to be fair to builders.
There is a rule that you do not kill people while they are building and you do not grief builds that are meant to look nice. So you can fight but you are not supposed to ruin peoples stuff.
It runs on 1.21.11. There is simple voice chat. There is no tpa and no big changes from normal Minecraft. They might add one or two quality of life features if the players vote for it.

ArcticMC SMP is a chill survival server where people play to build and hang out. A new season is coming with a brand new world so it is a good time to join while everyone waits for the reset.
It runs Towny and factions so you can start a town claim land make allies or fight over territory. PVP matters here but they push an honor system to keep it more fair.
There is McMMO skills so you level up as you play plus custom items to mess with. The world uses Tectonic generation so the terrain looks big and realistic with mountains valleys and cool spots to build.
