ATLAS V3 is a modded server that is all about going bigger than normal Minecraft. It has this space vibe where you work your way up and aim for the stars.
I saw that it includes Valkyrien Skies so people can make vehicles. It also has Create 6.08 and Mekanism with other tech mods so you can build machines and automate stuff.
There is CC Tweaked for computers and TACZ with a bunch of additions for gun combat. It also mentions war related mods plus custom planets and space mods so you can explore and fight in a more sci fi way.
It sounds like there are lots of extra features too and you are supposed to hop in and try it.

I found FreeLife SMP S3 and it is a vanilla Java SMP. It is semi anarchy so you get a lot of freedom but there are still some rules and they are posted in the Discord.
The server has voice chat installed and it can hold up to 200 players. It is averaging around 5 players right now and they are trying to get more people to join.
There is a rule about the mace because the owner dislikes it. The mace will be craft banned for three days so people have a fair chance to get going. Some of the extras include Simple Voice Chat and Audio Player. There is also Vein Miner and Tree Harvester plus some crafting recipe changes. The PvP is spicy because it has lifesteal. If you kill a player they lose a heart and you get that heart. If someone dies to the world like fall damage it does not take away hearts.
