The Homestead is a semi vanilla 18 plus Minecraft survival server. It feels really relaxed and calm and it is made for people who want to chill after school or work. There is no TPA and no home commands and not a bunch of random extras. It is mostly just normal Minecraft survival.
The community started after leaving a server that was too strict and not managed well. Here the admins are not power hungry and they just want people to have fun. The server is smaller on purpose so it can stay close knit.
The coolest part is the group system. Players are encouraged to join a group and help build themed towns and villages that are called Nations. Right now there are two nations and one is still early in progress. The idea is that people do not run thousands of blocks alone. Instead they stay near each other talk in voice chat and work together on builds.
There will be an economy system and a central shopping district so players can trade and buy stuff. The server is pretty new and only about a week old so they are still growing.
The server is LGBTQ plus friendly and really against hate speech. It welcomes people from all backgrounds and is meant to be a safe space for neurodivergent players too. Everyone is expected to be kind and respectful so it stays a warm place to play.

DigNation SMP is a close-knit Minecraft community focused on kindness, mutual respect, and creating awesome experiences in the game. We are currently in our 2nd season and have recently moved our server to an Australian host.

We have a large number of LGBTQ+ players and strive to maintain a safe and welcoming space for all members. We are also neurodivergent-friendly, welcoming players of all backgrounds and experiences.
3. What is the server’s terrain like?
We used the ‘Broken Cove’ 1.21 seed, which has created amazing terrain in our spawn/shopping district. Players can explore and build in this unique environment.
4. Are new players welcome on the server?
Yes, all skill and experience levels are welcomed on DigNation SMP as long as they bring the right attitude to the community. There are no plans to reset the server, so there is plenty of room for new players to join.
5. What are the server requirements?
Players are required to have Discord for communication and interaction with the community. The server is 16+ only to maintain a mature and respectful environment.
