This is a brand new server called MaineServers and it feels like a real fresh start. When I joined there were no stacked players with everything already taken. You actually get to be one of the first people to play.
The server is a growing network with different game modes. There is Earth Survival where you play on a 1 to 1 scale Earth map and can try to claim your favorite country before someone else does. There is a normal Survival mode that feels like classic Minecraft with a new clean economy. There is Lifesteal where every heart matters and PvP is more intense. There is Skyblock where you build an island from nothing. There is also Towny so you can make towns and nations and set rules with other players.
Since everything is new there is almost no competition yet. The best places on the Earth map and in Towny are still open. You can get your name on leaderboards early and grab the best land. The owner says they do cash giveaways every 15 days so early players have a better chance to win.
The staff seems open to ideas and they want players to help choose what game modes come next. The maps are fresh and the economy is fully reset so it really feels like a clean slate for anyone who wants to start over on a new server.

This server is called The Coffee Pot Network and it feels like a small cozy place for adults who want to play Minecraft together. It is pretty new and all the worlds are just getting started so people are still building first bases farms and trading spots.
The main world is a survival multiplayer server with light plugins for land claiming and an economy. It looks like this is where most people hang out right now. There is also a creative server where you get a big claim so you can test huge builds or try ideas before using them in survival.
There is a hardcore server where if anyone dies the whole world gets deleted and restarted. It is basically a play at your own risk kind of place. There is also an exploration world that was made over several years in Bedrock Realms and now it is in adventure mode so you can walk around and see all the old builds and memories.
They also run a modded server. Right now it uses Cobblemon and they are waiting for a Create mod update before doing a full reset and opening it more. The server supports both Java and Bedrock clients and is on version 1.21.1. It is greylised so when you join you have to link your account with a Discord bot before you can move around all the worlds.

This is the official SkyWars server that started it all, where you fight other players on floating islands and try to be the last one standing. It is part of the official Skyblock server network and has welcomed over one million unique players. The server uses a custom and unique SkyWars plugin with custom items and a Skybuck currency that enhance gameplay. There are dozens of maps to play on, as well as quick eight player free for all games and one versus one battles where you can stake money. The server supports versions from 1.8 through 1.19.1.
