GlyphMC is a skyblock server that tries to feel more like old school skyblock. It keeps things simple so you can just focus on your island farms and basic progression without tons of menus and random currencies.
The server was made by people who played skyblock for a long time and got tired of feeling forced to grind nonstop. Here it feels more relaxed and you can choose how you want to play.
Grinders on the server asked for smoother selling and some automation. Because of that the server added sell wands and auto sell chests so big farms feel better to use.
More casual players wanted a slower chill style. For them there is a jobs system that rewards manual play so you can still progress even if you are not sweating all day.
For players who want more goals there is a custom Nether with its own progression and generators. So you can level up your island and also explore and work toward new stuff there.
Overall it is still normal skyblock with islands and farms and steady progress. It just has less bloat and pays more attention to how people actually like to play and what they ask for.

MendedSMP is an economic style SMP that is starting a fresh season. The server has plugins but it still feels close to regular survival. It is made for people who like trading and building up money with other players.
You can join on Java Bedrock or Pocket Edition. That makes it really easy to play with friends no matter what they use. The world is new and the main survival world is open but the Nether and End are locked for a week so everyone starts out on the same level.
