Zest Creative is a city build server with a long running active community and a huge custom terrain map. People join to build together and make the world look amazing.
There is an optional geopolitical roleplay part with lore and worldbuilding. You can mark a claim and it gets shown on the map so your story can start. You can also mark towns and settlements if you want. If you do not care about roleplay you can just build and ignore it.
To get in you join the Discord first and do a short application that is mostly there to stop griefers. After you are approved you can earn access to WorldEdit and other helpful commands.
The rules are pretty laid back and there are events sometimes. Staff and players are around a lot to chat and give build feedback and team up on big projects.

The main idea is geopolitics and wars. There are resource camps in game that nations can conquer for income and for expanding into new territory. The server also pushes skill grinding with McMMO so fighting and progress feels tied to what you practice.

Rai Nations is a session based nations server where people show up for scheduled play times and build up their own nation. It usually hits 20 plus players at peak and there is still room to claim space and start something new.
The sessions run in EST on Wednesday 6 to 8 PM Friday 6 to 9 PM Saturday 1:30 to 4:30 PM and Sunday 1:30 to 5:30 PM. It feels made for players who want a geopolitics style nation server but do not want to grind all week just to keep up.
There is a merchants village where you buy and sell items instead of doing villager trading. The economy uses Credits for most stuff like materials and enchants and a rarer currency called Rai Kurrency that you can find daily in chests. Rai Kurrency is used for heavier buys like Netherite enchants.
