CheeseSMP is a brand new survival server that tries to feel like more than just basic survival. It has custom enchants and armor sets so you can build your gear and get stronger over time.
There is an MMO style dungeon to run and there are PvP and KOTH events if you like fighting and competing. The world also has custom biomes so exploring does not feel the same every time.
It has AuctionHouse and ChestShop so trading is a big thing here. There are over 400 quests to do and the community is said to be nice. The server is still pretty new with around 8 to 9 players daily and weekends can go above 10.
It supports versions from 1.8 up to 1.21.x and it has both Java and Bedrock access.
