So I found this server called Avalon Earth that is all about geo politics on an earth map. It is not huge and feels kind of chill but also serious when it comes to building and borders.
Right now the cool part is that Belgium is still pretty empty. One player already started building Antwerp and wants to move into Brussels soon because another group from Germany is getting close. So there is this feeling of a little border race going on.
The server is looking for adults or at least people who act like adults. You do not have to be a pro builder. The main thing is you care about the project and take it somewhat serious. The vibe is relaxed and people just want to work together on their countries and defend them if others try to push in.
If you like earth style maps and slow but serious building with some politics mixed in this server is actually pretty fun.
