Some tweaks include phantoms being disabled one person sleep a PvP toggle and extra anti grief stuff for certain mobs. They also have protections and rollbacks ready if something goes really bad.
Keep inventory is on in the nether and the end. Nether access and nether roof travel are set up at spawn so getting around is faster.
There are some add ons like Simple Voice Chat Dynmap death count head drops and Elytra Trims. Voice chat and Elytra Trims are optional so you can play without them if you want.
