ArcticMC is a new survival server that started a couple days ago and it is built around Towny and factions. You can make a town and team up with other groups or claim your own space and fight over territory.
PVP matters here but it is not meant to be toxic since they use an honor system. The server explains how it works in their rules on Discord.
It also has McMMO skills so you keep leveling up as you play and unlocking ability stuff. There are custom items too and they even have furniture that is entity based with limits planned to help with lag.
The world uses Tectonic generation so the land looks more realistic with big mountains and valleys. The vibe is calm and friendly so it feels like a chill place to build grind and explore.
