I found a freshly started Minecraft server that is running 1.19.2 with the Origins mod and a small vanilla plus modpack.
The server has a whitelist on so it feels more private and controlled. They are trying to keep it a small tightly knit community.
Everyone is welcome and the server started last week so it is still pretty new.
