About Us
If you don’t know me, I’m a developer for a series of community-run rehosts of a mid-2010 web game known as The Campaign Trail. It’s a simple game where you answer questions that affect your polling and try to win an election. But that’s not why I’m here.
The game itself has a rather small community and I wanted to make something fun for people to play over the summer and beyond, and a Minecraft server is something I’ve dabbled in before.
The launch went very well. We’re averaging around 20+ players during most hours, so it’s busy but not too crowded. The server itself is a 1:750 map of the Earth, with Towny and an economy through Gold Ingots and Jobs. Whether your playstyle is mining or building or combat, you’ll able to thrive.
TerrestrialMC is a Public SMP, meaning you can join without applying. America has a lot of fledgling countries, and there’s settlements in Europe, the Middle East, and the Pacific too. Making a town is relatively easy, and I’ll be adding new content soon. Eventually I’d like to add stuff like the Moon.
