This is a modded SMP set in a really dark low fantasy world. The whole thing is built around Conquest Reforged so everything looks super detailed and old and kind of haunting. It is not a goofy server. It feels serious and rough and you actually have to fight to stay alive.
The server is all about factions and roleplay. Players make their own groups and kingdoms and build up settlements and towns. The economy is run by players too so trading and what you build really matters. You are not just grinding alone you are part of a bigger story.
The gameplay is survival but way more challenging. The world generation is upgraded so the terrain looks crazy and beautiful but also dangerous. There are dungeons to explore and you go delving deep for loot and adventure while trying not to die.
You can pick custom classes and character backgrounds so your character has a real role in the world. The mechanics feel grounded and immersive so it is more like a dark roleplay world than a casual server. It also supports singleplayer if you just want to play the modpack on your own.
It runs on Minecraft 1.20.1 using Fabric and is made for people who want serious survival roleplay and a tough but cool world.

Halcyon is a Lands PvP server that feels like an old school survival world. It is run by a postgraduate medievalist who really cares about the medieval theme. The server uses a handmade custom world and tries to stay very close to normal vanilla Minecraft while still being on version 1.21.10.
The gameplay is harder on purpose. Progress is slower and it is harder to use meta tricks. You are pushed to be creative and to work with other players. Big wins come from doing brave fights making smart trades and building strong cities and castles. It is more about people and teamwork than about big farms and exploits.
Travel is a huge part of the game. There is no teleporting at all and the biomes are large and different. Players build long roads waystations and secret underground railways to get around. F3 was turned off so you cannot just read your coordinates. Some people sell lodestone compasses and others make big maps or learn to navigate by the sun and the moon.
The server does not force you to follow strict lore. There is no pre built story you have to play. You just join pick a direction punch some trees and your story grows as you meet other players. The plugins and the world are set up to make these player stories happen naturally. There are already player made books art myths and weird superstitions even though the server is still pretty new.
